I teach on Saturday mornings at the Nelson School of Yoga Studio. Class starts at 8:00 am sharp and is 75 minutes long.

The studio is situated at 402 Baker St (upstairs in the Nelson Trading Company) in Nelson BC.

You can register at nelsonschoolofyoga.com or take your chances and drop in. Payment is taken by the nelson school of yoga website and is a separate fee from any classes offered here on this website. Drop in classes are $23 and punch passes are available.

The class follows the same themes as the online kundalini class and will change every week.
