This is my regular online kundalini yoga class taught on Monday and Thursday mornings at 8:30 am Pacific. Classes are 75 minutes long. They are highly variable and cover a wide range of topics.
I highly recommend coming to class twice a week because the studies show that the 'feel good neurotransmitters' (primarily GABA) remain elevated for only about 3 days . So practicing twice a week keeps you feeling good all week long.
Imagine what a daily practice will do for you!
You will get a recording of each class which is viable for 3 days. So if you miss a class, you can catch up.
I highly recommend buying a month long pass which gives you access to all 9 of these kundalini classes plus the half hour classes as well. If you prefer, you can book one class at a time. Or buy a punch pass for 4 or 9 classes. See the 'pricing options' tab for all the details. You can cancel up to two hours prior to class, if your plans change.
Payment for classes is through the website using your credit card. If you do not have a credit card, I can usually accommodate you. Just ask.
