The "40 Days to Radiant Vitality" is a six weeks course based on kundalini yoga practices which is designed to guide you through your own process of practicing every single day for 40 days in a row.
You are lead through a series of six kriyas, meditations or pranayamas (breathing) practices. These sessions are prerecorded and will be sent out once a week, after you register.
A 40 day practice is a way that you commit to YOURSELF to follow through on your intention.
Each kriya (kundalini set), meditation and pranayama have been carefully selected to provide a full range of experience.
It is your mission ( if you choose to accept it ) to practice a kriya or meditation every day for 40 days in a row. You will be encouraged and supported to do this. But it is a commitment which you make to yourself and carry out daily on your own.
You will be practicing on your own every day at the time of your choosing. It is recommended to try to practice at the same time every day to set yourself into a routine. But life DOES get in the way sometimes!
There is no problem at all if you need to vary the time. But remember that the 40 day practice is 40 days in a row, so you need to begin the practice before midnight to make it count as one of the days.
With SuryaAdi's guidance you will choose a short kriya or meditation that you practice on your own every day for 40 days in a row. If you miss a day for any reason, the next day becomes day one again.
This is good motivation to keep up!
This practice will increase your energy level and bring you a radiant vitality.
It is all prerecorded and you can access each session on your own schedule.
It is highly recommended to choose a time of day for your practice that will work for you and try to maintain that consistent time throughout the 40 days. Having said that, if you miss your usual time, you will need to adjust and get your practice in before midnight of any given day.
The first session will lead you through warmups, the Kriya to Open the Heart Chakra and the Kirtan Kriya. (AKA SaTaNaMa Meditation)
For your first experience of a 40 day practice, I highly recommend one or the other of the above two kriyas. PRACTICE VIDEOS of both these kriyas are provided and this will be your CONSTANT COMPANION for the 40 day practice.
NOTE: The course is designed to be a resource for years to come. Once you complete your first 40 day practice, you can choose any of the other sessions and begin another 40 day practice.
Each of the sessions will focus on an entirely different kriya. You can use these kriyas in the future for multiple 40 day practice experiences.
Having a wide range of kriyas to choose from allows you to tailor your experience to your changing needs.

You can tailor your 40 day practice to suit your time requirements. From 11 minutes to 55 minutes. Each option includes deep relaxation.
All classes are recorded and will be available on the website for a minimum of two years. (Or as long as I maintain a website which could be much longer.)
