Hi my name is SuryaAdi and I am so happy that you have found your way here. I enjoy a really high level of health and energy and would love to guide you to the same results.
I have been practicing yoga since my mid twenties and am now in my mid seventies. But you don't need to practice for 45 years to get great results!!
That is because we MOVE STAGNANT ENERGY in every single class and the result is increased energy , a feeling of vitality and general well being.
If you can manage to do even one short practice on your own between classes, you increase your chances of feeling great more often. And for the absolute best results you can do a short practice every single day.
But coming to class once (or preferable twice) a week will go a long way to keeping you healthy, flexible and strong into your later years. Now, not later. Today, not tomorrow.

Do you teach anywhere in person?
YES! You can join my Saturday morning class at Nelson School of Yoga at 2 - 120 Herridge Lane, Nelson.
Do I need experience to start you classes.?
Maybe!
If you do have experience, jump right in.
If you are brand new to yoga (or haven't been to a class in years) we should talk and make sure we are a good fit. I need to know about injuries, surgeries or weak areas. It is highly unlikely that you would be unable to come to class, but you may need a private session or two to get you started.
